We pledge to do everything we can to make your experience with Organtechnology as enjoyable as we can make it. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with both our hardware and the configurations.
But we are not perfect. If there is a problem with your Lenovo computer, Lenovo has an extensive worldwide service organization to correct the problem, even if it means coming to your house to fix it. You are welcome to email your issue to Organtechnology and we can investigate it together. Ultimately, if there is a computer hardware problem, Lenovo is responsible for the first year after purchase. If there is an issue with the Hauptwerktm software, Hauptwerk should be contacted. If the problem appears to be in the matching of the console MIDI to the Hauptwerktm program, Organtechnology will correct the configuration to comply with the Hauptwerktm specifications and the console MIDI specifications in effect at the time of purchase. We cannot be responsible for making things compatible that are not compatible at the beginning. (i.e. including but not limited to; If Hauptwerktm does not accept stop signals that are MIDI sys-ex strings, we cannot configure your Hauptwerktm or console to do that.) Once things are correct in regard to the configuration, new configurations for new sample sets will be performed on a modest one time fee basis.
