The Organtechnology Pipe Organ OT-2XN-48GB Sound Module, powered by Hauptwerktm , is a VERY high quality pipe organ sound generator in an Dual Xeon CPU computer with 48GB of RAM . The OT-2XN-48GB model includes a 19" KeyTec monitor and 8-channel (16, 24-channel optional) Multi-channel audio* provided by an M-Audio Delta 1010lt ASIO professional sound card. Although this module comes out of the carton 'Ready-to-Play' the St. Anne's organ sample set upon arrival it is expected that the largest and best sample sets from many different historic organs will be used. All the current sample sets for Hauptwerk V4.0 will fit this sound module. For the future, it is expandable to 96GB using all new ECC Registered memory. Plug into an 8-channel or optional 24-channel audio system, for full effect. Direct-to-disk recording of your playing is included in Hauptwerk at no extra charge. With the 1Terrabyte (1TB) hard drive, there is plenty of room for recordings of your favorite pieces. A 4-GB RAID array is optional at extra cost. Because the sound module is housed in an advanced mid-tower Windows 7 PC, it may also be connected to the internet to download updates and new sample set files when needed and in addition run the LogMeIn remote support software needed for our 1:1 personal support.
